National/International Sales
PR & Marketing
The Ringhotels office is advised and supported by professional agencies; these
same advisors are also available to individual member establishments. Activities
include guest mailings, the publication of brochure series, advertisements in
trade and mass publications and internal marketing devices, such as the
Ringhotels guest magazine, etc.
Member establishments are included in mutual Ringhotels catalogs and are
represented in the cooperative's chief marketing devices: ReisePlaner (travel
planner) / Directory and PHE-Guide (Partner Hotels Europe).
In addition,
Ringhotels speaks to specific market segments by means of theme based brochures
including conferences, groups, culture/events, Wellness/beauty,
cycling/hiking. Each member receives an individual hotel brochure complient
with general guidelines and is thus also represented in all sister
operations. The distribution of Ringhotels brochures is systematic and
includes various national and international channels.
Members and the central office maintain direct contact via the cooperatives internal Intranet.
Ringhotels offers customer loyalty measures (RinghotelsCard). These measures
promote a sense of loyalty among regular customers as well as winning new
guests.
The Reservation and Information System
The Ringhotels are attached to an Internet-based reservations and information system. Reservations for each individual Ringhotel may therefore be made online, from anywhere on earth – by guests, via the Internet, by travel agents, with " dynamic access" via all GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan und Sabre). An additional link to Pegasus allows all Ringhotels to be booked online, without any form of temporal delay, via approximately 2000 Internet-based tourism portals. Reservations are also processed by our Call Center in Munich.
